Residential House Cleaning

Sage Clean is excited to offer our green house cleaning services to Seattle and the East Side. While we have a system for ensuring your home is cleaned from top to bottom, we know that each of our clients has different priorities. Please feel free to let us know what those priorities are so we can be sure to accommodate you. Our job is to ensure your satisfaction!

Initial Cleaning

A first time house cleaning encompasses the same tasks listed below for a maintenance cleaning, but will generally take longer due to build-up. You will only be billed for the amount of time it takes to clean your home, so if you book Sage Clean for 5 hours and it only takes 4, you will only be charged for 4 hours. In the event that not enough time is scheduled, some areas with excessive build-up may not be finished. We will concentrate on these areas each time we come for a cleaning until your home is up to your standards.

Standard Tasks for Maintenance Cleaning

Common Living Areas

• Dust knick knacks, picture frames, furniture, cobwebs and window sills
• Clean TV and computer screens
• Dust moldings, baseboards and shelves
• Clean fingerprints on doorways and light switches
• Vacuum carpets and furniture
• Wash all floors, Spot clean wood floors
• Empty ashtrays and wastebaskets

Bathrooms

• Scrub inside and outside of toilet
• Clean sink, counter, cabinet face and mirror
• Scrub shower and/or tub walls
• Clean fixtures
• Dust shelves, knick-knacks, mirrors and picture frames
• Clean floors and tile walls
• Polish chrome

Kitchens

• Clean exterior of large appliances
• Clean inside and outside of microwave
• Clean underneath and behind small appliances
• Clean counter tops and cabinet faces
• Clean sink
• Clean floor
• Clean table and chairs
• Clean range top and refrigerator's exterior

Optional Services (additional costs may apply)

• Detail small kitchen items (i.e. burner knobs, dishwasher screws, dish drains)
• Clean small countertop appliances
• Clean inside of large appliances (refrigerator, ovens, etc.)
• Clean windows and sliding doors
• Tidy room appearance
• Change towels
• Change sheets
• Remove trash, recycle and clean bins
• Telephones spot cleaned

** Of course we are willing to do your laundry, clean your dishes, or any other cleaning you desire. Just let us know and we'll try to accommodate you!

Products

Sage Clean only uses green cleaning products. That means they are bio-degradable and non-toxic. They are safe for you and your home. We will provide our own supplies, but we are happy to use a different cleaner that you provide. Sage Clean cannot guarantee the safety of products provided by the customer.

We highly encourage all of our clients to make any comments or suggestions that you may have. You can do this via email or telephone (206.327.2255). We realize that each client has different priorities for their home, and we want to keep you satisfied. The more aware we are of your expectations, the more satisfied you will be with your cleaning.

Sage Clean will always guarantee that a properly trained cleaner will show up to your home, but not all tasks may be completed if time runs short. However, we are always happy to work off of a priority list during the time scheduled.
